This policy applies exclusively to services rendered through participation in the Proud Earther Alliance (PEA) private members club. By purchasing access to this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds
Because access to Proud Earther Alliance (PEA) provides members with an access to an exclusive community, business marketing & promotion, CSR goals meeting, upcoming Proud Earther marketplace exclusive onboarding terms & PEA networking opportunities, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following limited conditions:

·        The refund request is made in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase.

·        The member has not accessed or participated in any events, activities, or content made available through the platform.

·        The request includes valid proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot or receipt showing the online transaction).

·        Date of purchase

·        Reason for the refund request

·        Proof of purchase

If the refund is approved, detailed instructions will be provided. Please note: refund approval is at the sole discretion of the service provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

·        If the any of the services that come with PEA membership has already been used

·        If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

·        If the request lacks sufficient proof of purchase

·        Membership purchased at a discounted or promotional rate

·        Custom onboarding or setup services

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
